Mr. William “Bill” Keeley

Board Member

William “Bill” Keeley brings to the Covering House Board of Directors a diverse background in Design and Construction as a Regional Quality Director for McCarthy Building Companies here in St.Louis. Bill’s 20years of experience includes working within diverse teams on unique projects in the Healthcare, Higher Education, and Federal sectors. He has worked in multiple cities from New Orleans to Nashville as well as Manhattan, Kansas until recently being relocated here in St. Louis as a team member of the new NGA West project.

Bill has a deep passion for serving the community he lives in through helping with hands-on building, fundraising, and mentoring.  From 2009 to 2015, Bill served as the Founding Board Member and Chair of the New Orleans affiliate of the ACE Mentoring Program of America. ACE’s mission is to introduce career opportunities to high school students and to provide them guidance, mentorship, and scholarship opportunities in a safe and nurturing environment.

Today, Bill and his family are proud to call St. Louis their home since 2020.  As a servant leader, largely developed during his focus and growth within F3 (a fitness and leadership training group for men), Bill has helped open the hearts and minds of men in the St. Louis area to be better fathers, brothers, sons, and friends.  This focus has disrupted the status quo of these men and has inspired positive change in them as well as their respective communities.  Bill brings this positive, disruptive leadership skill to everything he does and considers it an honor to be able support the Mission of the Covering House.
