Mrs. Michelle Meier

Michelle Meier joined the Board in May of 2023.  She is excited to get involved and help move the mission of the organization forward.  Michelle is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of MO and has worked in the St. Louis region for over 23 years.  She has dedicated her career to working mainly with children and families through a multitude of programs including foster care, behavioral health, homeless youth services, adoption, and residential care.  Her passion for this population drew her to want to become involved in the Covering House.  Michelle has been in Non Profit Administration for over 13 years and wants to support the growth of the Covering House.  Michelle also serves on the Board of Directors of Home Sweet Home Furniture Bank.  Michelle lives in St. Louis with her husband and two teenage sons.
